Shipping & Delivery

Orders take 2`3 business days to deliver via standard ground shipping, depending on where they go. If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before noon CST on the same business day. Otherwise, they will be fulfilled the next business day. Orders shipped out Friday via UPS Next Day Air are not guaranteed by the courier for Saturday delivery and will likely be delivered Monday

Our warehouse does not ship on the following holidays. New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, November 23/24, December 25/56, and the 31st.

Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p CST, so we are closed Saturday and Sunday. However, we do offer different shipping options to work with your timeline!

TerraMar Imports Gifting ships in our standard plan dark blue box with a cream TerraMar Imports embossed removable sleeve. Our boxes are discreet and beautifully packaged, making it perfect for any recipient!

We will provide tracking numbers via email so you can check the status of each gift.

We do not require a signature upon delivery. However, the delivery driver sometimes asks for a signature, and we have no control over this decision. We kindly request that you keep on eye on your shipping confirmation email for updates on your delivery. That way, you can stay in the know about when your package will arrive.

Yes, of course! There will be an upcharge that will vary depending on how long you hold the order and where it is being sent to.

Please send photos and details to our customer service team, at help@terramarimportsgifts.com, with your name and order number in the subject line. *Photo are required! (If damaged upon arrival, please take a photo before opening.)

At our company, we have a dedicated procurement team who are experts in sourcing products. We work with many vendors to create branded promo items as well.

We do! We operate out of our 60,000 sqft warehouse in Houston, Texas so we have the holding and shipping capabilities to send gifts in multiple locations directly to your recipients or distributors.

We carry two different size boxes. Our standard is 10.25" x 10.25" x 6" and can hold 4-7 items. Our large box is 17" x 13" x 5" and can fit up to 17 items.
