The rosé grape must is cooked under a vacuum to preserve its unique scent and color. It is aged in Oak barrels which release a pleasant vanilla aroma to add to this wonderful concoction of scents and flavors. The taste is sweet-sour, fruity and aromatic, delicate and persistent.
