Joel Robuchon holds the most Michelin stars in the world and hand selected this olive oil as his product when he tasted it in a restaurant in Spain. He declared it the greatest extra virgin olive oil he had ever tasted. This olive is harvested in the “PRE ENVERO” stage of maturity of the olive (when the olive juice has the best aroma and taste), and harvested 7 days before the EVOO he tried at the restaraunt, the "High End" Masia el Altet EVOO.
